Student of the Week

Jemima grew up in a Christian home attending Cirialo Baptist Church where her father was Pastor. When Jemima was eight years old, her father shared the gospel with her and she knew that she needed Christ and trusted him as her Savior. Jemima learned more about God through the bible and from teaching from her mother.

Jemima became involved in many ministries of the church and at the age of fifteen, she knew that God wanted her to be in full time ministry. Jemima's parents were able to send her to the Baptist Seminary in Cusco for a year. Then Jemima heard from another pastor about the Peru Bible College in Arequipa and began her studies there in 2004.

Jemima has enjoyed her time at the college learning more about God and helping others. She wants to start a ministry working with ladies and young children and teaching them how to follow the bible and be in God's will. Jemima has no financial support from her parents or church right now. Please read her personal account of her testimony and consider supporting her through the student fund.
